An all around excellent experience! My mother had a large area rug that was in need of deep cleaning. She lives in NC and at Christmas, I promised her I would bring it back to RVA and get it cleaned for her. I am totally naive to the area rug cleaning process lol and didn't realize that many rug and carpet cleaning services only do in home services. Morris was excellent! He was available to complete a 2 room carpet cleaning and clean upholstery on our sofa & loveseat on very short notice, He was thorough, explained the process, worked steady and efficiently. I would highly recommend Morris for any carpet & upholstery cleaning you need. Morris was so friendly with top notch customer service!
