Saw some nice reviews online and went there for my ICBC claim of my rear-ended SUV. The car came back with some knocking noise all the time. Now this garage asks me to go and show it to some mechanic. Why should I spend any money elsewhere if the issue is related to this accident? Not satisfied with their repair work at all!

The paint job on my car was substandard — there were visible dust particles all over the painted surface, clearly showing that proper preparation and care were not taken.
