I scheduled the appointment because one bedroom had a dusty smell whenever the HVAC system started. The technician inspected the register and connected ductwork and found some accumulated dust. He explained that there could be other sources of an odor but cleaned the buildup that was present. The smell seems less noticeable now. The service was handled professionally, although the appointment took a little longer than expected.
