I've been with state farm for 25 years. We have auto, life, and home owners. The auto side was very efficient and I out lived my life policy. This is about the home owner policy. Never a problem until we had a small pipe leak behind the drywall in our kitchen. No obvious leaking until a drop in the basement. Immediately we called state farm. I had a term life insurance policy for 20 years that ended May 2025. I was just looking at my bank statement and my term life insurance policy has been changed to something else that is $210 dollars a month more. I moved to NC a year ago and got no notice, no phone call, no communication this was happening. BE WARNED if you deal with this company !!!

They never answer their phones anymore. It rings and then goes to a voicemail saying " Hi friends, please leave us a message and we will get back to you." How is this good business? I call when I actually have time to talk to an agent. I don't want to wait for a call back at their leisure that might come in while I'm working and cannot answer the phone. This has happened the last 4 times I have tried to call this agency. What if it were an emergency and I needed an insurance agent assistance? Definitely not living up to thei... read more

Christina's father, Jerry, wrote my first auto insurance policy for me in 1975 when I was 18 years old. This will be my 50th year. Friendly, quality service just does not go out of style with Christina and her staff. A special shout out to Brendan who has been handling my needs for quite some time now.
