Jeff did chip repair for me twice on my windshield. Both failed. Once I came to him for 50$ cash. Another time he came to me for 150$ cash. Neither time electronic payment was available. He guaranteed that the chip repair would hold and told me there would be credits towards a new windshield if they didn't. Since failure, Jeff is non responsive an refers me to another business rather than honor his warranty. A warranty is only as good as who gives it and this guy's work and word are suspect. We were on I-25 headed to Denver when a rogue and angry rock attacked our windshield. It was Sunday and we had a date to see a play. We couldn’t possibly have time to get this fixed, could we? Just for giggles we called Jeff because Google said A Chip Repair was open, and what do you know! He was! He got us right in and the repair was completed quickly.
