Hi. I was sad to see that this website went out of business. They always had the best range of every brand they stocked. The same thing happened to me as Meliss!! I was stuck with $400 credit when they went out of business. I followed their return directions exactly & they said it didn't get there in time!! I called the BBB a couple of months ago & they didn't have a clue!!! I also have been ripped off by this company. Last April, 2013 I ordered clothing for my daughter. Returned most all of it (which totaled 400.00) and the owner said I had a very short return time. Like 15 days or something. I sent it back and the owner said it was returned but I was 1 ONE day short. She would not refund my money but rather gave me a credit. In May I ordered a few dresses. So I still had a pretty large credit to use within a year. My daughter and I watched her site almost every other day and atleast a few time... read more
We have also been ordering from this company for years. I had a return in early January, called them, and they instructed me to put the item in an envelope and mail it back for a credit. When I tried to use the credit, their inventory was extremely low so we waited, assuming they would stock up soon. (you have one year to use your credit) About a month ago, we tried again, and the site said it was under construction. I have ordered from this company for 10 years...they also owe me a credit of 150.00 and now the website is down, phone disconnected. Is it confirmed they are out of business?

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! I am pasting my complaint to the Washington State Attorney General's Office to this post. No refunds, Terrible Customer Service – Ordered via internet, the item had to be shipped and ultimately returned. The refund policy states 14 days. Since the transaction involves shipping time and "business days" is customary, I assumed I had 14 business days from the date of sale. The owner, Sheri Tarr, is extremely unprofessional. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY!...if you need to return an item for what ever reason they will not refund you until 30 days is up. Another words they keep your money and do what they want with it for 30 days even though they have your return back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and should not be allowed (No reputable company would do this). I had to call my credit card company to reverse the charges.
