I rarely leave reviews, but sometimes a business is so good, you just have to. Autoclaves are critical machines for any surgical facility. Ours had been not heating consistently. Upon calling and talking to Terry, he set me up with the part I needed and even had David the technician that happened to be in our town drop it off. Excellent customer service. They will be my "go to" company for autoclave repair and sales. I highly recommend them as the service was above and beyond. Also, real nice guys.
Tom the owner is verry nice and the employees work verry hard to make sure you are happy
