Called AAA for a jump, was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I am going on almost 4 hours so far. Every time they say they are coming, I get a text 20 past arrival time extending it another 45 minutes. Apparently they received multiple calls and instead of declining some, their greed got the best of them and they can't fulfill their obligations in a timely manner so the consumer suffers. Really amazing. I cannot express how disgusted I am.

Terrible customer service! Dispatch kept pushing the tow service back an hour for 4 hours! Would not reccomend. This has been going on for two days straight arguing back and forth with the dispatch! Trucks were claimed to be “all dispatched” to the freeway. How are all the trucks dispatched for 24 hours straight?!!

These guys are very helpful and do a terrific job. They were called to me for a battery issue, I thought I had and it turned out to be a starter problem I had instead but the guy helped me start up my truck so I was able to take it to a mechanic 1 mile from my house that did a terrific job, thank you so much guys!

Poor decision been made by this fat ugly dispatcher from this place on cancelling a service called that I made for AAA to provide me with service ....this FaT gorda said she called me at my phone number listed on files and person who had answers that called she had made therefore she cancel my service call ugly fat marana
