We had issues with our fireplace drafting properly so we called cheaper chimney sweeper. They arrived on time and were great at communicating the cleaning and inspection process. After a thorough cleaning they checked to make sure everything was functioning properly. They never tried to sell us any unnecessary repairs or services. We used the fireplace all winter and had zero issues, when it's time for our next cleaning I will definitely be giving them a call.
Lee and Ron were professional. showed up early, and got the job done quickly. They recommended additional maintenance at reasonable prices without any salesman tactics. Very professional, friendly, and quiet (a must when folks are working from home!). I will be using their services again for any chimney related work. Thanks!
