Guys went above and beyond for our steering rack in the e350. Bought a broken part from them and they searched and found a replacement from another place just to make our lives easier and offer to return money if anything. I would go back.

On car parts com ıs 100$ and ı called them over the phone and they gave me proce for 200$ . And very rude!!!Thats not a honest business!!
They had an inventory mixup and the part I needed wasn’t available. A picture of the part would have saved me a trip, but management reached out and apologized, promising to picture more parts in the future. Staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely return for parts they have.
