To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint/grievance regarding the ongoing delays and lack of adequate care surrounding my cataract removal treatment. My initial referral appointment took place in March 2026. I then returned twice in April 2026 for additional diagnostic testing and to complete required consent forms. The receptionists, nurses, and staff are friendly and nice; but be prepared to wait a long time to see the doctors. They are running behind chronically. I am a new patient on my second visit and had to wait a long time for both visits to see the doctor. Dr. Tanenbaum, once you actually get to see her, is informative and detailed. Again, be prepared to wait.

Mom had been having trouble with vision in one eye so we were referred to the Center for Vision Care to see what the problem was. Mom and I could not have been happier with the kind and professional care we received. Dr. Hirji and Dr. Moysidis diagnosed the problem quickly and began treatment. I am so happy and grateful mom is being well cared for. A+

Let me start off with saying the staff here are very nice and friendly. Dr. Sitara Hirji is an absolute pleasure. When I came to her 1 was having major eye issues, and had no idea why. She was very patient and sensitive to my pain and concerns. She helped me and found out what the problem was. I am so grateful for her. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Sitara Hirji. She the best! The whole office is great as well. I highly recommend them and Dr. Sitara Hirji.
