I have met Setareh at The Bay Club when she was teaching Yin & Yang yoga. I was a regular to her class. She is a great instructor and what she teaches is amazing. Setareh is a kind, gentle, and natural healer. I never leave this place less than relaxed and refreshed. She has helped me with my diet, supplement needs, exercise regiment, and countless other issues. I’ve even taken her yoga class about 6-7 times. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.
