Your psychiatrist will probably be great, but the billing will be terrible. You’ll get bills that they could’ve notified you in advance and then one day when you go to call your prescription in that bill will be the thing that stops you from getting your prescription unless you pay the entire balance in full. Awful notification system often, awful billing practices, awful portal. I literally only stay because the provider is actually decent
Dr. Nixon has been treating me for about 20 years. He is a compassionate, consummate professional who truly cares about his patients. He has always been there for me is one of the very best active listeners I have ever met. I'm extremely grateful for all he's done for me and my challenging health needs. He's my doctor but I consider him a friend because of his down to earth nature and the way he has gone above and beyond to help me. You would be hard-pressed to find a better doctor or a smarter one.
I want to leave a review for Dr. Nixon. I just realized after many years of service that I hadn’t left him a review. I was shocked and disappointed in myself because this doctor is absolutely amazing. He has made such a difference in my life! He has been fully attentive, caring, kind, respectful, and helpful! Whenever you call these people, they never pick up the phone. When someone does decide to answer the phone, they hang up. I have reached out to the billing department several times and no one calls back when you leave a voicemail. I know this place is not that busy to where they cannot answers calls or call patients back. This place is a joke!
