FRUSTRATED My spouse had a tooth replaced (crown). The crown cracked. She complained, and they relunctantly offered to take care of her. After a dozen trips to the dentist office and several wrong colored crowns, they offered to do two crowns so they would match (they could not get the color right) Now the two crowns are much shorter than her origanal teeth, changing her appearance and dissapointing her. Thank You! I would like to thank everyone there, Yesterday I was scared to death about having this root canal. The Dr and the nurse were GREAT! I must say he has the best bed side manner ever. Thank you for making this as comfortable as you could.
He's from New York, and it's obvious in his demeanor I went to Loftus for a few years. He's a skilled dentist, but has absolutely zero people skills. I thought maybe it was just me, but I have since spoken to several people who have had the same experience, including my husband. He enters the room and immediately is condescending and impersonal.
