Easy scheduling and informed care. Had been clenching at night and was able to get a comfortable mouth guard in a week.
I came in for a sudden toothache, which turned out to be an impacted wisdom tooth that I have been anxious about taking out. The tooth is very far up, and I have had bad experiences at other dental offices which don't know how to handle easy gag reflex (dentist yelling "open your mouth" when I physically couldn't because of the gag). I had the best dental experience with Dr.Vu and Dr.Mark. I have a lot of anxiety in regards to going to the dentist. From the time I walked in I was greeted in a kind manor. The entire staff is very professional with a high level of care and compassion. My dental needs were explained to me so I could understand what my needs were. It was the best experience I have ever had and for the first time ever I look forward to returning.
Avoid coming here if possible. I have not received service in months and am now being charged for a cancelled appointment which I had not been informed off at any point since my last service. The last time I was at this dental office in Sept I asked the receptionist various time if my service had been paid in full and I was told yes and rushed out, they seemed to be busy and trying to get patients out fast.
