Cheri has helped me pre-labor and delivery with guided imagery sessions. She's also helped me with chronic health issue and with stress related to a large professional transition/test. I highly recommend her. She seems incredibly knowledgeable and yet also very compassionate. What I know for sure is that my sessions with her have helped make these large life events go smoothly.
A great therapist. She helped us a lot. We'd been to quite a few therapists before we found Cheri. She gave us tools that made a difference for us.
