I have booked with them twice so far and I have no complaints. They really catered to me and to my guests. They made sure I was happy and satisfied with their service - and I was! I know family that has used them before and they are great, but unfortunately they showed up an hour late to my event and threw off the entire timeline. The kids were bored the entire hour they were not there and once they got there we were only able to have them put on a show for about 25 to 30 minutes before cutting the cake and moving on to face painting. Really disappointing since the main reason we called them was to have the kids play games and dance and see the jokes and family show.

We used A Castle of Entertainment for my daughter’s birthday party this year and they were wonderful. They were so professional and easy to work with. We explained exactly what we wanted and what our budget was and they were able to plan the perfect event. I couldn’t be happier with the way everything went. This company is fantastic and they definitely deserve 5 stars. I have already recommended them to so many friends of mine.
