This company doesn't even deserve 1 star, but I had to in order to submit a review. We booked a party bus for our wedding & went to look the vehicle. Lady who I spoke to on the phone took my information, but seemed to have misplaced it and supposedly sent a letter stating that they no longer have any vehicles available for our wedding day because it was double booked. They stated they mailed a letter and contract , but I have never received anything. Not even a phone call. This company seriously needs to have a better way of... read more
Although their fleet isn't the latest and greatest, they more than make up for it through knowledgeable drivers, customer service and reasonable rates. They have always been on time (usually early) and know exactly where I need to go - never have I been driven around in circles or taken the 'long route' to get to a location. This company is my car service of choice.
