Very professional and compassionate.
Disappointed my husband's service was not attended by his friends , coworkers and even some family because the obituary was not online. No easy access to mints and water. The procession protocol usually is immediate family members behind the hearse which should have included me and the elder Aunts. I can not begin to sort out my husband estate with out a death certificate. I was told only the family that paid for funeral could have. That I need to go to Newburgh where my husband passed to get the certificate even with marita... read more
Cannot thank Luke and Angelina for the extreme care of my mom. Their attention to detail and patience made arranging mom's final wishes much easier. We have never had to organize final arrangements and didnt know what to expect. Luke took time to explain all options, while Angelina took such care of mom. I would recommend Keyser to any family.
It is a disgrace the way the funeral home staff treated a member of the community. I hope people choose to go elsewhere.
