We live in FL and contacted Keyser Carr Simpson Hammer Funeral home to handle the cremation of my sister-in-law that lived in NY. We did everything by phone with them and Angelina was the best! She answered all questions and emailed all documents we n deed to sign. All staff we talked with were very professional, friendly and helpful.
