Cannot thank Luke and Angelina for the extreme care of my mom. Their attention to detail and patience made arranging mom's final wishes much easier. We have never had to organize final arrangements and didnt know what to expect. Luke took time to explain all options, while Angelina took such care of mom. I would recommend Keyser to any family.

It is a disgrace the way the funeral home staff treated a member of the community. I hope people choose to go elsewhere.

Disappointed my husband's service was not attended by his friends , coworkers and even some family because the obituary was not online. No easy access to mints and water. The procession protocol usually is immediate family members behind the hearse which should have included me and the elder Aunts. I can not begin to sort out my husband estate with out a death certificate. I was told only the family that paid for funeral could have. I am appalled at the way my step father's funeral was handled. There was no consultation for his wife, for this reason the obituary was not done correctly making it a small showing of people although he lived in the area for his whole life. His make up was terrible and he sat so low on the coffin he could not be seen on a pillow that his wife had to remove so he had a neck again. So sad for such a handsome man. My family has used Keyser funeral and cremation services in the past. Our sister passed away unexpectedly at Westchester Medical Center. We contacted Keyser and they handled everything seamlessly. They communicated with the family and guided us through the paperwork needed for our sister’s final wishes. They acted with urgency and professionalism which definitely helped us through this very difficult time.
