A Carpet”s Dream exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond their job. I truly appreciate their awesome work. Communication was excellent. The owner Desmond Brooks agreed with working with me and my schedule and his schedule. To get the job done in a reasonable and timely manner. Very unprofessional experience, but this seems to be abnormal for this company, so I’m very disappointed. First, I emailed about services and they responded quickly until i asked about paying with a credit card. They said it’s be a 3% fee but they prefer cash. I said i don’t have cash and I’m fine with the fee. They said “you have basically a week but ok. Yep” (since it was a Monday and I asked for Saturday). They then didn’t respond. I had an outstanding experience with this carpet cleaning company. They arrived on time, conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, and did an exceptional job cleaning all the carpet in my home. The results were so impressive that I recommended them to the Deacon at our church. As a result, the company was hired to clean not only the church carpets but also the sanctuary seating. Spectacular service, a great team—I will absolutely use them again and highly recommend their services to others.
Desmond was so nice. At first I thought he was quiet and to himself but within a few minutes we were chatting away. He did my 3 bedroom carpets. Not long at all. He not only stream cleaned them but deodorized them too. Because I have 2 puppies he said he uses pet friendly products which made me happy. The carpets smell nice. He is a very nice man. Very helpful. He told me he also does mattresses, curtains, car seats, and upholstery. I highly recommend his company for these needs. Thank you Desmond!
