Seth, our technician, was great. Very courteous and did a great job. He explained everything in detail and did what he could to get me a small discount. My issue was that the price I was charged was almost one 3rd more than what I was originally quoted. I understand it's difficult to quote accurately until someone shows up, but I've used this company several times and expected them to have a good idea of the size of our house. I just hired A+ for the third time, in as many years… time to leave a well deserved review. Chantal is always friendly and prompt when communicating with us. She gets us scheduled and gives an accurate estimate. We’ve had a few different technicians do the work, and every one of them has been professional. They removed stains from light colored carpet that I figured were permanent. I will absolutely be hiring them for my next annual carpet cleaning. Thank you so much A+!
I couldn’t be happier with the carpet cleaning service! Our carpets are a sisal type material, which is notoriously tough to clean, but they went above and beyond. Not only did they get them looking fresh again, but they also repaired a few frays I thought were permanent. The extra effort they put into removing paint splatters from my daughter’s art projects was the cherry on top. True professionals who clearly care about the details—highly recommend!
