Contact with A1 was always responsive, gracious and helpful. Put them through a lot of questions about cost, etc. and Chantal and all were consistently kind and informative. The technician, Nick, was also polite, helpful and did a great job on our couch--sorely needed with 2 cats that love to sleep on it! The couch looked about new again when he was done. A bonus: given the (reasonable) price of these kind of things, clients are able to pay in more than one installment. A big help for us for which I am very grateful.
My whole experience was superb, from the scheduling and estimate on the phone with Chantal, to the day of cleaning with Nick. Very professional organization. Prompt and responsive to all inquiries. The carpet looked better than I hoped - even the spots were all removed! I will use A+ Carpet Cleaning again!
Nick was on time and courteous. He was friendly and did a very thorough job. I didn’t have any major concerned areas, it was just time for a refresh. I had asked about maybe getting pet deodorizing added. He said my house didn’t smell like it needed it, and we decided it wasn’t necessary. This was my first experience with your company and I will be back
We called A+ on short notice and they were able to get someone in. Nick arrived and was super friendly and efficient. And the carpet looked like new when he was done. Very grateful for their work and would highly recommend!
This was such a great experience. The technician Nik was so nice and did such a good job! Scheduling was easy and communication with the company was great! I will definitely refer friends and will hire again in the future.
