I've had this displeasure of working with this agency over a year now. After my first QP messed up the paper work entirely and delayed all services several weeks the "corrected" paperwork was also incorrect and the solution for the QP was to use all his respite hours since B3 was being switched to 1915i soon instead of fixing the paper work so he was getting the appropriate # of hours from the different services that would have been available has paperwork been done correctly they then snatched 120 hours from his 1915i servi... read more
