I have been going to Dr Kim for 14 years. He always makes sure that I understand what is going to happen during a procedure and the cost breakdown. Dr. Kim is very caring. He wants to make sure that the work is done properly and I am satisfied and that I do not have any pain when I leave the office. My fiancé now goes to Dr Kim and he also is very happy with him.

I visited this clinic last week for a check-up. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and I arrived at 10:10 AM. I was told I needed to reschedule because there wouldn’t be enough time for a cleaning. I explained that I did not plan to do a cleaning, since I had one three months ago (I recently moved to Cleveland), and only wanted the routine X-ray and dental exam.
