I’ve deeply appreciated Dr. Durana’s support and guidance over the years. He brings a kind, grounded presence and creates a safe, respectful space to explore my thoughts and emotions. Through conversations, mindfulness, body awareness and breath work, he’s helped me better understand myself and develop a structure to work through challenges. I trust his steady, holistic approach which continues to benefit me well beyond our sessions. I’m truly grateful for the growth I’ve experienced and highly recommend him.

We don't just talk about how I am feeling we discuss what I can do to get a better perspective and take control of my emotions. He is very compassionate and uses a number of tools such as mood surveys, meditation, visualization and more to create a more action-oriented strategy to improve my mental health. He has been a life saver--I'm so grateful.
