Came here to get help for my depression and anxiety (mostly for the anxiety) just to turn around and have to journal, on top of of it, stuck with meds I have said many times, to both the therapist and my doctor, that I never wanted since I believe medication is demonic and intervienes with my ability to drive and do things in my daily life.
