They took such great care of my grandma! From coordinating appointments, checking in on her, and making sure she could get to her appointments. It truly felt like they cared about her like she was apart of their family!
Marcy and Becca were incredible in helping me with my mom for the last 4 years. Marcy was instrumental in working with the facility to get the proper diagnosis and paperwork completed to satisfy the long term care insurance company. Also, I live in California so it was very comforting to have Becca check in on my mom on a regular basis at her senior community so I knew she was being properly cared for. I would highly recommend their expert services!
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Jackie was hired to help with a family conflict. The POA is going against the clients wishes, which created the family problem. The client has a complex medication allergy that Jackie kinda gets and started advocating to stop or change. I find my mom near death, Jackie and the POA have me removed from the hospital. Marcy was so helpful when my mother needed to be moved into memory care. It is such a stressful experience for everyone involve. She helped with know information the ins and outs of the process, helped calm my concerns, and made a difficult translation smooth as possible. She is the best at what she does. I am thankful for her.
