I have had my instrument cluster replaced, oil changes, brakes, and tension pulleys replaced, and they were reasonable and great! AWESOMW JOB! I also had a friend go in that needed a engine, and they even put the engine in! They were great with him as well. I recommend anyone to go there! Everyone has a negative review from time to time, im broke, but they did not break me, lol... GO CAR DOCTOR!!!!!!
They have done work on my new vehicle and our older truck. Found them to always be reasonably priced and professional.
This shop is ridiculous! my experience there was terrible in which they ended up breaking something major on my vehicle they could not fix. Sent it to the dealer in which they ended up footing the bill. The guy is very nice but not too smart. His wife has no business skills, customer service, or communication. She is horrible and should not handle anything that has to do with that business. BEWARE! Although he is friendly and knowledgable, he CHARGES DOUBLE RETAIL FOR THE ECONOMY BRANDS AT NAPA!!! Industry standards allow for a little markup but DOUBLE RETAIL is absurd. Do your research before taking your vehicle to A Car Doctor in New Albany!!!
