Not one to put a bad review after a bad experience but this was absolutely disappointing. Suffered my first major accident Friday morning at 5am, called AAA for a tow and within 10 mins, a tow truck from A-Car came. Managers and staff had absolutely no empathy, I asked questions to figure out solutions but they just kept raising their voice and talking to me like I was incompetent on the matter, considering it’s my first time going through this.
