Karyn and Jim made a beautiful and delicious cake for my wife’s birthday. All done over the phone and delivered to the restaurant.
TERRIBLE customer service. They don't answer their phone. They say "leave a message and we'll get back to you." Well, they DO NOT get back to you...trying to order a cake...well, forget this place!!
I had my cake pickup scheduled for 1:00pm on my birthday. The morning was gloomy with a bit of rain. When I arrived there was a note on the door saying that they were closed due to the weather. I was not notified by anybody that they would be closed and they had the audacity to not pick up my calls while I waited in the rain.
We had a very weird request for an ashtray cake that they were happy to fulfill. Cake was perfect, wedding cake of my dreams! Tasted great, reasonable prices and professional service.
