They have been around for quite some time and I was excited to finally go in. There wasn't many options when we went in so we had a gingerbread cookie and 4 cupcakes. 😊 the gingerbread cookie was nice and crisp. The cupcakes were giant ones. The cake part was fluffy and moist. Karyn and Jim created a unique birthday cake that exceeded our expectations. It was an edible replica of a ceramic chicken, that is currently on display at SFCC. In addition to creating the cake, Karyn and Jim were able to include marshmallow chicks which surrounded the base of the cake. If that were not enough, they hollowed out a portion of the first tier of the cake to include six (6) hidden faux craft eggs, each personalized with a special birthday wish. As the leading cake bakery in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Cake Odyssey refuses to even consider attempting a vegan cake. We called & they refused outright. If this is your option, please do NOT waste your time contacting them. Best option is to search out of state. AI will suggest calling them but AI is wrong. NO VEGAN OPTIONS PERIOD.
Our 25th Wedding Anniversary cake was delicious! We ordered the butter pecan with strawberry filling. Everything about our cake was perfect! Thank Cake Odyssey!
