The MD wants his teams to produce work that is second to none and ensures his engineers are fully qualified and compliant to install and repair their systems. Personally, I would recommend the MD as a man who is honest, with integrity and has a passion for satisfaction. His work ethic is undeniable and he has hand picked his employees to ensure they represent the company in a light he has maintained.
