This place is a joke!! I had been coming to them for 3 years prior to this and usually have no problems. I had 2 tires replaced and not only did they sell me bad tire that ended up flat by the morning from a leak but they over tightened and stripped my lugs so badly to the point I had to have 3 studs replaced/ lugs replaced and Cost me 250$ bc the lugs are unable to come off and I had to take it to 4 different shops just to get this done and prolong getting 4 new tires on my jeep. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, please take the negative reviews very serious. They damaged my wheel nugs and then acted defensive and extremely rude. Stay away from this place !!!! Especially if you are a woman please stay away as they will find ways to charge you more assuming you have no knowledge in their very visible scam. They charge man less for tires than they do females.
I am leaving this review after my second time using them. Service is good, price is good and they move quick. No frills but highly recommended. Both times in and out in under 20 minutes Support your small businesses in the area.
Very unprofessional experience. I purchased a tire from this shop only to find out it already had a hole in it. When I brought it to their attention, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing no concern or willingness to make things right. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or the quality of what they’re selling. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service or honest business.
