I purchased a Washer and Dryer from location 1 year ago, so I went back to have them move the set from one location to another. Advised the owner that I have 12 steps at the new location and he quoted me a price, told me a time and I left a note with all housing information. All of this was arranged 1 week prior to today's date but I never got a call to confirm.
