Asked me to call them back in a week.. for them to be ABLE to maybe book me in for a month later. Got it done in that week with Alberta driveline, 1000$ cheaper than quoted here.
I accidentally stripped the threads of the transmission aluminium casing while tightening the drain bolt for a routine drain and fill. I explained the situation to Todd and he was willing to help me immediately, and suggested a Helicoil. Todd and his staff were waiting for me the moment the vehicle got towed to the shop, and the process of repair began immediately.
