Had this shop replace my CV axle last year because the outer boot was leaking. A year later the outer is broken worse than when I replaced it and the inner boot is seperate in two pieces. I don’t think this shop uses quality parts or maybe they just don’t know how to install them correctly. This is the same shop that couldn’t be bothered to put my air intake or filter box back in place after removing them and breaking all of my fasteners when they replaced my transmission and left a chocolate buzz ball cooler in my car. Truly an experienced, honest, and reasonable priced mechanic. This is my 3rd time using Brian, previously a 1990 Subaru Legacy, 1998 Dodge Dakota, and now my 2011 Subaru Outback. The Subaru dealership flagged my Torque Converter needed to be replaced during a routine oil change. Dealership proceeded to charge me $220 for the transmission diagnostic and quoted over $3000 in repairs.
