I have been a customer here for years, but the way Cecilia treated me was despicable. I will no longer come here again. So here is the story, after doing my taxes I paid the service fee of 180 dollars for my refund check to be deposited directly into my bank but instead it arrived by mail. If I wanted that mail service I would have paid the 70 dollars fee and not $180. Juan Carlos is amazing! No waiting... we got right in to see him. He went through all our information, explained everything to us in detail. He showed me information directly from the IRS website. Looked up Tax codes from the IRS website. He was honest, direct and very thorough. He was a lot cheaper than my last accountant who screwed up my taxes. I definately recommend Juan Carlos... I've never worked with any of his other staff/employees, so I can't comment on their work... I've worked only with him... and he is awesome
they told me that i would get my refund faster if i did it through there bank, and charged me 165.00 to do so. when i asked about direct deposit into my account they said that it would take longer to get my money in order for me to use there services but in reality there own paper work says i would get it the same time as with there bank 7 to 10 days. matter of fact the irs gives them my money the same day they give me a check minus the fees they charged making me think that i got it sooner. they are a rip off and i will con... read more
