3 months later: no bill, paper or electronic, no service. My bill is supposed to be auto-pay so idk why this has happened again. This is the third time the auto-pay has been taken off my account without my doing or saying so. About to cancel my service and take trash to the dump on my own. This is INSANE. Drive over my neighbor's waterline and refused to fix it. Worst company to deal with. Avoid at all costs. Wish there was a way to add photos on reviews
Had a tarp hanging out of the trash can a little too much and so they drove right past it. I called and they wanted to charge $50 for the driver to come back and do his job. There used to be a time when they over paid garbage truck driver would get off his ass and do what was necessary to dump the can. Must be a DEI job nowadays. If they weren't the only trash company in town I would switch.
Two different times now I have called the Arizona city office and the customer service is so rude. I get it, you don’t care about your customers. You could at least try to pretend.
Horrible place. Be aware of the raise in price each and every week with no explanation other than the trash company is struggling more than anyone.
