This is literally the worst option for trash pick-up. STAY AWAY. You’ve been warned
A revamp is desperately needed to improve operations. One trash can , no recycle disposal or bulk pickup is so outdated. There is trash all over the city from people dumping items because bulk pickup up is not available. Please make changes to your process.
Finally canceled service and requested a refund because I purposely over-paid so I didn't have to deal with them. I was told they have to submit a refund request to corporate (which is in California, mind you) and they'll approve or deny and then mail a check. They can take payments over the phone in moments but can't issue electronic refunds when it's necessary. This is literally the worst trash service in the area. Please do yourself a favor and do not disregard the negative reviews. They have earned their 2 star rating. I literally had to research casa grande trash services that also serviced Arizona city and thank god they have alternatives. Stay away.
3 months later: no bill, paper or electronic, no service. My bill is supposed to be auto-pay so idk why this has happened again. This is the third time the auto-pay has been taken off my account without my doing or saying so. About to cancel my service and take trash to the dump on my own. This is INSANE.
