Took advantage of me and acted like he did me a favor.. Charged me $250 just to tell me when I cleaned my drip pan I tripped the switch in my drain line.. Charles is a POS that took advantage that I didn't know about A/C work... All he did was untrip the switch and acted like he did something special.. I will NEVER EVER call this company again. NO MATTER WHAT!! If he charged me $250 just to reset a switch Can u imagine what he would have charged for a real problem?
