Unbelievable service. Friday nite. Air cond stops at 7:30. Made a call to AC owner p/u on 2nd ring. Sent Tyler within 30 min he was there. By 10:00 we had a new condenser and a capacitor. Said no worries about pmt tonite. Invoice I a coupe of days amazing attitude so polite. In all out time here NEVER BETTER SERVICE FROM ANYONE!

Dustin is very professional and so prompt!!!!! He and Tyler have came to our rescue on different occasions and we could not have asked for a more professional and respectful set of individuals!!! They have an “A” team and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!! Great job guys and thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!.

I was away from our house and noticed we were having an AC problem. I called Dustin, explained the problem and without hesitation he sent a technician to our home. Tyler, the technician, was very professional, quickly responded with a solution to the issue and made the repairs. I would recommend Dustin & his team without hesitation!! Excellent customer service!!

Thank you Dustin and Tyler for coming out soo quickly to determine what was going on with our ac unit. Tyler was very thorough, professional, and just a nice young man. He left and made sure I knew to call him if I had any other problems. I am happy to say that I have been cool since he left. Thank you again, would recommend them to everyone!!

It was July 2nd, the 4th was looming, the AC was out and no one I knew had an available appointment until the following week. So, I called AC Pros. Dustin, not an answering service, answered immediately and contacted his technician. Tyler arrived in less than 20 minutes, assessed the problem, actually had the necessary part on hand, and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes! I’ll be calling them the next time I have an AC problem.
