A/C Outfitters was recommended to me by a co worker who had some work done. I wanted new Ductwork and a new Plenum installed in my attic, with new dampers inside. Scott gave me a fair quote and was very upfront with the fact his Company used Sub Contractor for this type of work. He assured me these guys were the best and he had been using them for years. Already knew what the problem was. Instead of listening to me the tech that was sent out wanted to diagnose the issue from inside his vehicle twenty feet away trying to sell me a new fan and motor. Was getting the money for the travel fee to get him to leave he finally decided to look and realized I was right. Took barely a couple of minutes and still got charged an extra ninety dollars.
