AC outfitters are prompt, professional and know their business. I would highly recommend them.
A/C Outfitters - they actually answered calls and showed up when they were supposed to! (I KNOW, right?) They did a fine job. But, I felt they left something out maybe they should have done. I called the company and spoke with Scott about it. Scott was courteous and understanding. It wasn't a big thing, and they did do a great job on the repair I called them about. We woke up last Wednesday to find our AC broken. I called AC Outfitters and talked to Scott. He asked questions to diagnose the problem. He sourced a new fan motor and control module based on diagnosis. He came later that day and confirmed the issue and replaced the parts. Scott also flushed the evaporator drain and cleaned the inside of the Air Handler as a courtesy, no charge. So by early afternoon on Wednesday, our AC was fully functional again. Our experiences with AC Outfitters has been excellent.
