Je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec mon système d'air climatisé avant de faire affaire avec cette companie. Suite à leur visite pour un nettoyage, mon unité murale a commencé à couler de l'eau pour la premiere fois, alors ils ont repassé. Resultat: ils ont maintenant facturé 2 visites pour un seul entretien. À eviter absolument.
Payé 200$ pour un nettoyage d'air climatisé qui aura pris finalement 3 jours... Suite au passage de la jeune technicienne, un frigoriste a du passer pour régler le problème d'une grosse vibration venant de l'unité murale. Il a tenté à son tour un nettoyage à 21h30 le soir sans succès et un autre frigoriste a refait un nettoyage de la turbine 2 jours plus tard. Aucune mauvaise intention, la jeune technicienne, très polie et soucieuse de bien faire, a avoué elle-même que ça ne faisait que 3 semaines qu'elle faisait ce travail.... read more

Called them on a Tuesday because my True Comfort AC Unit was pouring water into my stairwell. I explained the man who answered the situation ( that I have small children and with an extreme heat warning I was very nervous about my AC not working) He explained that he would send a technician to clean and remove the blockage that was causing the problem. J'ai été sceptique au début a cause du peu de commentaires sur google, mais après avoir utiliser leur service je suis 100% satisfait d'avoir fait affaire avec leur compagnie. - Prix le plus compétitif - Propreté des lieux pendant et après travaux - Amabilité, prend soins d'expliquer en détails - Rapidité: mon appareil est comme neuf deux jours après mon appel, en moins de deux heures tout était terminer.
