A/C Medic rep Jacob was very knowledgeable and actually allowed me to tag behind him as he performed the ac maintenance. He was open for all of the questions I had which I truly appreciated. All sevices were performed as advertised. I was so impressed that I purchased a maintenance contact for the year.
Great service by the technician. He was on time, very polite and courteous, and expeditious. Very happy with them and look forward to the maintenance visit in the Fall.
