Service was handled very professionally. Jacob did an excellent job.
I needed a new HVAC system and A/C medic did the installation. In the follow-up a problem was discovered. It was then that I met Jacob, a young man with such integrity and commitment to excellence that I was able to have trust and peace of mind knowing that the problem would be solved. I was not disappointed! Jacob persevered, did not quit until everything was resolved. I am very happy to recommend this company.
I called AC Medic for a quote to replace the HVAC systems and duct work on my house. Robert was scheduled for 2 days after my initial call. He asked pertinent questions regarding my goals for the project, toured my home attic and crawl space.
