We’ve been regular customers for years. They are nice when you buy something, but their attitude changes if you ask for a repair. I bought a necklace that broke, and we went to their shop near Diwali. At that time they told us that they are super busy and aren’t able to repair at the moment and promised to fix it on the same day in future.
