Rip-Off – This organization is totally unscrupulous and untrustworthy. They use a billing and collections firm in Columbus Georgia that won't answer their phone, provides no voicemail and won't respond to mail. They conned my daughter into signing a two year agreement with a 30 day cancellation and when she left for college I tried to cancel the agreement.
