I've told the manager multiple times my unit door is broken. He already had to come out and get it to open once before. Now I am sitting here with the same broken door at 6pm trying to get this thing to shut and the door is literally crooked and won't close. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Why would you not have an after hours number ??? So dumb.
Refused to rent me a trailer. Canceled my reservation twice with no communication. Claimed “they’d be losing money to rent for an week” and would rent a trailer for 4 hours max. Reserved a trailer for 4 hours, canceled that reservation also, even though website shows trailer rental pricing and availability. If you refuse to rent the trailers, take that option off of your website. It’s misleading and false advertising. ***reply: Website states you rent trailers: then you refused to rent trailers.
