Refused to rent me a trailer. Canceled my reservation twice with no communication. Claimed “they’d be losing money to rent for an week” and would rent a trailer for 4 hours max. Reserved a trailer for 4 hours, canceled that reservation also, even though website shows trailer rental pricing and availability. If you refuse to rent the trailers, take that option off of your website. It’s misleading and false advertising. ***reply: Website states you rent trailers: then you refused to rent trailers.
This is the most worthless company I've ever rented from, rented me a dump trailer with a dead battery and said to charge it over night. And it'll be fine. Charged it over night twice and it still wouldn't dump, asked them to swap the battery and a reimbursement for the rental. Which they refused. They swapped that battery and told us to go dump it then return it or we would be charged a dump fee. If I wanted a landscaping trailer i wouldn't of rented a dump trailer. After seeing the rest of there reviews I am not surprised
Rented many times from them, never had any issue. Unlike the big box stores, equipment always works as designed.
Rented the equipment online. We got the confirmation last night and it was set up for 7:30am. When arriving they tell us it's not available and we should have received an email about it. We received no email and wasted gas and time to drive there!! Super unreliable!!!!!
Beware!!! Lets start with the fact that the equipment is in terrible condition, its clear that they do not take care of their equipment, and anything that breaks, even if they are at fault is your responsibility. THEY neglected to latch an engine cover when THEY loaded the equipment in their yard, I never even touched the machine before i got home. Natually, it blew off by the time I got home. My fault.
