Excellent service from Matt.. figured out a wall damp problem, caused by a leak in the bathroom which was behind the bath panel within 30mins. Didn’t charge for this diagnosis as it was all part of the service provided. Couldn’t highly recommend more.

Called Matt about a damp patch that appeared recently. He popped in on the way home, the same day, measured the wall temp in different areas and gave a quick and confident diagnosis that there is a leak in the roof that recent heavy rain has got through. Now I can get that fixed. Very impressed with the fast professional response and he didn't charge me for the service either! A rare gem these days.

Matthew responded to my enquiry quickly and came to view the problem the next day. He knew exactly what was wrong and how to sort it. He was friendly, professional and happy to take the time to explain and answer our questions.
