We went to order some posts for our property. They wrote our order down and told us they would deliver it the following Monday. They didn't even write our information down at first and my husband had to write it on our order himself. That should have been our furst sign of how committed they were to completing our order. They never called and never showed and its been 2 weeks. They definitely don't understand customer service or how to communicate.
