We have been happy with the service that A/C Brown provides for us the past couple of years with the maintenance of our heating/air conditioning units. Adam has been very responsive, answers questions thoroughly, and gives us fair competitive pricing. We would definitely recommend the maintenance contract. Our upstairs unit was giving us multiple issues (just an old unit), and A/C gave us a thorough quote and answered all our questions about the new units. I've been a happy client of AC Brown Air Conditioning for almost 9 years. Each time I've called, they respond quickly, explain the issue, provide an estimate and repair the problem. During the heatwave of June 2022 my compressor failed and AC Brown expedited the search for a new one and then worked the installation into their very busy schedule. I appreciated their friendly, efficient service and how they kept me updated. 5 Stars for exceeding my expectations! I highly recommend this family owned company.
