This shop is completely unprofessional and dangerously incompetent. This shop is a disaster waiting to happen. They lack basic technical knowledge, refuse to own up to their mistakes, and put customers’ safety at risk. Their negligence could have resulted in serious damage or even an accident. If you value your car’s safety and your own well-being, stay far away from this place!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with this repair shop. Avoid this place at all costs! I had my brake pads replaced here a week ago, and soon after, thick smoke started coming from my wheels while driving. Concerned, I went back to the shop and asked the owner what went wrong. Instead of taking responsibility, he completely denied any fault and had no explanation for the issue.
