First time bringing my car in to AC Auto and they have, for certain, gained a new customer. Brought the car in making some weird noises, the tech found two heat shields loose/rotted, fixed them and sent me on my way - NO CHARGE! The employees were welcoming and personable, and there was no negative vibe related to me being female (which is, unfortunately, a frequent issue in auto shops). Thanks, again, AC Auto!
AC Auto is awesome! They’re always super friendly and get things done quickly, even on short notice. I really appreciate that they don’t charge a diagnostic fee and always give honest, straightforward recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care about helping their customers, not just making a sale. Highly recommend!
