They came and misdiagnosed my washer several times and they last time they didn’t even put my washer back together correctly. Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Was forced to use them for home warranty coverage for three different appliances. One of my appliance I was informed would be impossible to find parts for. Called back a week after initial appt and was told they had parts for some items but were waiting on the rest. Called back again another month later, was told they couldn't find the parts for one of the appliances and home warranty company was trying to find them. Amazing experience!! Was really in a bind with the heat wave and my AC unit not working and they squeezed me in! Derek was great, quick, and honest with what needed to be fixed and explained it all. Will definitely recommend this company to friends and family!
